Local Spots & Activities
Drag and Click to browse! We included specific notes about each location to help you plan appropriately!
Pro Tips & Tricks:
- Drop Off Luggage – Beat the traffic and arrive early! If you message us, we’ll share the garage code with you so you can drop off your luggage and start your vacation early. Available after 11am.
- Order Grocery Delivery – Use Instacart to order your groceries right to the front door! This saves you time, energy and frustration (if you do pick up your own groceries, New Jersey does not provide plastic grocery bags, and we keep ours under the kitchen cabinets closest to the stairs going downstairs)
- Rick’s Seafood – Popular seafood take-out option. So popular that we recommend putting in your order a few days in advance
- Can’t Miss Sunsets – Plan accordingly, maybe with dinner and drinks! You won’t want to miss it.
- Friday Night Fireworks – every Friday from Late June to Late August beginning at 10pm. Launched at Pine Ave, and can be seen from the back deck!
- Reservations – Want to try a trendy dinner spot, use a golfcart to get around town or have a day on the water? Things book up fairly far in advance, so we recommend lining up those reservations now!
- Check the Tides – headed to the beach? Can be nice to know which way the tide is coming. Wildwood features amazing tide-pools for kids right near low-tide (usually prevalent on all of Wildwood beaches, less so on the inlet beaches)
- No Beach Tags – Wildwood does not require beach tags π
